You've got to make sure you've identified the right problem that caused you to have issues in the first place. And why that problem, was a problem at all - so many times, if you think about it, even a serious issue like disagreeing over how to raise children might only be a problem because you're not willing to explain how you feel, or listen to your partner explain.
